Write proposals that sound natural
A strong proposal should show relevance quickly. Avoid long generic introductions.
Structure
- Show you understand the job.
- Mention the most relevant experience.
- Explain how you will approach it.
- Ask one useful question or state your next step.
Example: Hi, I can help enrich your 350-lead tradeshow list with verified names, emails, phones, LinkedIn URLs, ownership details and location counts. I regularly handle lead research and contact enrichment, and I can deliver the results in a clean, deduplicated spreadsheet.
